Technical & Business Training Designed for HVAC Contractor Success
The Rheem® Pro Partner™ Training & Education Program gives HVAC contractors access to comprehensive technical training, business development resources, and continuing education opportunities designed to support long-term growth. From hands-on product training and instructor-led classes to self-paced online learning, Pro Partners gain the knowledge and skills needed to stay competitive in an evolving HVAC industry.
Training opportunities are available through Rheem Innovation Learning Centers, distributor-led training events, Ruud University, and online learning platforms, making it easy for contractors and their teams to continuously expand their expertise.
To maintain Pro Partner membership, contractors are required to complete 10 cumulative company-wide hours of Rheem-authorized training annually. This requirement helps ensure contractors remain up to date on emerging technologies, installation best practices, product innovations, and business strategies.
