Technicians are increasingly expected to explain:

Customers are hearing about refrigerant changes online, in the news, and from competitors. Being able to answer their questions clearly and confidently goes a long way toward building trust and helping them feel comfortable with their investment.

The contractors who will be most successful during the A2L transition are those who view education as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification requirement.
