Rheem® Quality Pledge
Peace of Mind for Pro Partner Contractors in South Jersey & the Philadelphia Metro Area
When you install a Rheem® matched system, you’re backed by more than just industry-leading equipment—you’re supported by the Rheem Quality Pledge, designed to give Pro Partner Contractors and their customers confidence from day one.
If a qualifying AHRI-matched1 residential system2 installed by a Rheem Pro Partner experiences an issue that cannot be resolved within the first year, it may be eligible for a Quality Pledge unit replacement and labor allowance, pending approval from a Rheem District Technical Representative (DTR) before equipment removal3.
The Quality Pledge includes a flat-rate labor allowance to help offset the cost of replacement, including labor, refrigerant, and essential materials, so you can complete the job efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
