P&N has partnered with InSeason Marketing, design and marketing experts for the HVAC and plumbing industries, to help you navigate and implement all the Pro Partner benefits that are available to you. Drawing on their proven track record in the industry, and using your colors, trucks, and brand – they’re eager to take your business to the next level!

Custom packages are available to create and implement branded marketing materials which include monthly Emails to your current customers, social media post, Google Business Profile (GBP), zonal postcards, and an annual marketing calendar. Pay per click (PPC), radius postcard mailers, web design, and more are also offered.

Cash Back Rebates
Rheem is the only manufacturer that provides a contractor rebate – up to $4,000 value. All other manufacturers only offer a homeowners rebate, which means that either the homeowner gets the rebate, or no one gets the rebate. Pro Partners can also utilize CashBack and KwikComfort financing on the same job. All other manufacturers require that contractors decide which program they want to use on each job; they must choose one or the other and are not able to use both.

KwikComfort Financing
Pro Partners will get up to 8% off contractor costs on all residential KwikComfort® Financing for qualifying residential equipment. Rheem’s suite of financing programs + cash rebates are designed to help you increase sales by making it even easier for your customers to get their new Rheem system and put cash into your pocket. Pro Partners can utilize KwikComfort Financing and the CashBack program on the same job. Note that all other manufacturers require contractors to choose between offering the homeowner rebate or the financing, but not both.

You can add your company tag line, office hours, photos and videos of your team with their latest product installs, social profile links, ratings & reviews, special offers, and much more. Consumers will be able to find this page from the Rheem dealer locator as well as through organic search on Google and Bing. Once there, they can also link through to your business website.

Rheem Preferred Online Booking Powered by Schedule Engine
Pro Partners can receive qualified Rheem leads at no cost via a self-booking widget or chat 24/7, if that’s their preferred method to book an appointment. Highly qualified leads are delivered at no cost through an easy-to-manage dashboard that keeps you in control and up to date. Customers can include information, photos, and videos – while Schedule Engine will be facilitating all chat conversations to qualify the lead and capture appointment requests.
